January is always a difficult month! It’s dark, it’s cold, you may have had a mince pie or 2 over the odds where guilt is high and motivation is low! So let’s see you making a conscious effort to do something every day in January! Now I am not for a minute saying go out run everyday but at least get back on track with 3 runs per week and the other 4 days maybe get off the bus a stop earlier, take the stairs, walk the kids to the park! Anything you link that is more than you would normally do ❤️❤️
